Dragons of the Sixth World ist ein Quellenbuch für die dritte Edition von Shadowrun, das die Drachen als die beeindruckendsten Wesen der |Sechsten Welt detailliert beschreibt. Neben Informationen zu Drachen im allgemeinen und der Draco Foundation liefert das Buch auch zu praktisch allen bekannten, namhaften Großdrachen und einer Reihe weiterer Drachen detaillierte Hintergrundinformationen als inGame-Beschreibung sowie die Option, Drakes als Spielercharaktere zu nutzen und Plothooks für den Spielleiter.
Das Buch erschien 2003 bei FanPro LLC in englischer Sprache.

It provides details on the life cycle, biology, magic and culture of dragons, and investigates their servants, allies and pawns. Dossiers are provided on ten of the world's foremost great dragons, with shorter bios given on over a dozen others. The Draco Foundation, pursuing the schemes of its founder, the dead dragon Dunkelzahn, is also described.
