The Universal Brotherhood besteht aus drei Teilen: Dem Abenteuer Missing Blood, dem Regelheft Universal Brotherhood - Unleash your inner Abilities! und einem Schutzumschlag, der Abenteuer und Regelheft zusammenhält. Das Regelheft - entgegen den meisten anderen Regelbüchern ist es am Kopf (!) geheftet und nicht seitlich geleimt oder gebunden - enthält eine lose Sammlung verschiedenster Matrix-Dateien der Bruderschaft und über die Bruderschaft. Einige Files sind fragmentiert oder ganz gelöscht. Das Heft enthält kein eigenes Inhaltsverzeichnis. In der deutschen Ausgabe wurden Abenteuer- und Regelteil in einem Buch vereint (was auch den Schutzumschlag überflüssig machte).
